Privacy & Disclosures
Your information, handled with care
What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Notice version: privacy-2026-11-07.
What we collect
When you register for a session, request a conversation or ask about joining the team, we collect only what we need to respond: your name, email address, optional phone number, city or state, the topics you choose, your preferred times and any message you write. We also record how you found us (for example, a campaign link) and the choices you make about being contacted.
We never ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, health information, or bank, account or policy numbers through this website. Please don’t include them in messages.
How we use it
- To send session details and joining links you asked for, and to arrange conversations you requested.
- To follow up about your request by email, and by phone only if you allowed it.
- To send occasional educational emails, only if you opted in. Education and business-opportunity communications are kept separate.
We do not sell your personal information. Access is limited to the people who need it to help you, using individual accounts.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, withdraw permission to be called, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@gratifybuilders.com. We record your choice and apply it before any further contact.
Retention
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and to meet record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
